Oktoberfest in Lambic
We celebrate Oktoberfest every year and invite you to join the largest beer festival in the world!
We'll start with a crispy pretzel, which we all look forward to every year! For the main course, we'll have pork loin schnitzel and a potato waffle with Munich sausage and braised cabbage. Pair it all with German beers from the Beer Atlas!
The star of the menu is traditionally the mini bone-in pork knuckle! This year, we're glazing it in demi-glace sauce and serving it with mashed potatoes and French fries.
Every year at Lambic, we celebrate Oktoberfest and invite you to join the world’s largest beer festival! In keeping with Lambic’s tradition, we’ve created this menu in collaboration with Miratorg, inspired by the German festival. We’re starting with the long-awaited pretzel, which we’ve prepared in two versions this year: with melted butter and with bacon and cheese! For the main course, choose between pork loin schnitzel with a fresh romaine salad or grilled sausages with braised cabbage. We’ll pair it all with German beers from the Beer Atlas!
