The new summer offer Test kitchen is a project where you can try new products from Brasserie Lambic. Brand-chef Alexey Yashaev has prepared dishes, the best of which will be added to the main menu of our restaurant. Refreshing okroshka with smoked duck on kvass, kefir or ayran will be a salvation in the summer heat. We serve two dishes at once with flamekesh flatbread: tuna tartare with sesame kimchi and seared salmon, which we put on the flatbread in a thin layer with avocado. Crispy chicken was prepared in two variations: with summer green salad or pattitim pasta with oyster mushrooms. Hearty beef steak is prepared with mozzarella and onion marmalade, and for seafood in tomato sauce we advise to take crispy ciabatta! A pleasant sweet addition to your meal will be tiramisu with Irish cream liqueur. Bar-manager Diana Dvoretskaya presented three refreshing spritzes, which will become a bright note of the veranda season in Lambic: with strawberry, peach and limoncello. We at Lambic are attentive to what is important for our guests, so for Lent we have prepared a special menu with a variety of colorful dishes. To start we offer crispy bruschetta with artichokes, vegetable spring rolls and falafel salad, and as a hot appetizer we serve baked eggplants with tofu cream. For the first course there is mushroom ramen, and the main course is presented with cauliflower steak with quinoa and hearty BBQ shawarma with falafel. We will not leave without dessert — we bake banana pai with lemon sorbet. Be inspired, grow spiritually and do not sacrifice taste — we are waiting for the Lenten menu until the beginning of May!

You can spend your welcome bonuses starting from the second purchase. Lambic expands its horizons again! A new restaurant of the famous Belgian brasserie chain opened in Novokuznetsk. As stylish and spacious as in Russia, but with a special atmosphere, it is sure to please both residents and guests of the city! In all the cities where we have a presence, Lambic continues the traditions that have developed in Moscow, and Novokuznetsk is no exception. The facility's pride is beer: we have hundreds of varieties of it, both original Belgian and from other countries. You can try legendary trappists, enjoy the fruity sweetness of cherry varieties - you can do all this at the new Lambic restaurant. And it's really delicious here: the menu has a large selection of original dishes for every taste: traditional Belgian potato waffles, mussels in different sauces, shrimp on ice, beef stewed in beer and much more.
