Lambic expands its horizons again! A new restaurant of the famous Belgian brasserie chain opened in Novokuznetsk. As stylish and spacious as in Russia, but with a special atmosphere, it is sure to please both residents and guests of the city!
In all the cities where we have a presence, Lambic continues the traditions that have developed in Moscow, and Novokuznetsk is no exception. The facility's pride is beer: we have hundreds of varieties of it, both original Belgian and from other countries. You can try legendary trappists, enjoy the fruity sweetness of cherry varieties - you can do all this at the new Lambic restaurant.
And it's really delicious here: the menu has a large selection of original dishes for every taste: traditional Belgian potato waffles, mussels in different sauces, shrimp on ice, beef stewed in beer and much more. Chef Semyon Solomein presents a new special Lambic menu! Here you will find 5 duck dishes in different cooking techniques and styles. We start our acquaintance with duck riet, which we serve with pickled daikon, cherry marmalade and ciabatta. Next, we take an olivier with smoked duck, made with roasted vegetables with homemade dressing. Taco in crispy tortilla with Peking duck and hoisin sauce will be an excellent appetizer, which is convenient to «share» for the whole company. We will warm up with fragrant sesame ramen with duck breast, pickled egg and spicy chili oil. And for hot dish we’ll choose stewed duck leg confit with polenta and spinach. For dessert, try the coconut mochi with mango-mandarin sauce, a classic Japanese dessert made from rice dough and topped with creamy ice cream.
